This Billing Terms and Conditions document outlines the payment and billing practices for VinaStores at vinastores.com.
1. Accepted Payment Methods

All prices displayed on vinastores.com are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Applicable taxes and any additional fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. VinaStores uses Shopify's built-in tax calculation tools to ensure accurate tax collection in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Secure Payment Processing
VinaStores uses SSL encryption and trusted, industry-standard payment gateways to ensure every transaction on our site is processed securely. We do not store, view, or have access to your full credit card or payment details at any point during or after your transaction. All sensitive payment data is handled directly by our payment processors.
5. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy as posted on vinastores.com. If you have an issue with your order or payment, please contact us first at support@vinastores.com so we can resolve it quickly and directly. Unauthorized chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team will be disputed. We are always willing to work with you to find a fair resolution.
6. Fraud Prevention
VinaStores reserves the right to cancel, hold, or refuse any order that is suspected of involving fraudulent or unauthorized activity. In certain cases, particularly for higher value transactions, additional identity verification may be requested before an order is processed and shipped. This is done solely to protect our customers and our business.
