Shipping Policy

At VinaStores, we believe a great shopping experience doesn't end at checkout. We're committed to getting your order to you in a timely manner with complete transparency every step of the way. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.


Shipping Locations

At this time VinaStores ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future — stay tuned.


Delivery Times

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day, which may add one additional day to your delivery estimate.

Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. This is the time it takes us to verify, pack, and prepare your order for shipment after it is placed.

Transit Time: 5–7 business days, Monday through Friday. This is the time your package is in transit with the carrier after it leaves our facility.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days from the date your order is placed under normal conditions. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier availability.


Carrier Services

VinaStores works with a network of trusted and reliable carriers to deliver your order safely and on time. The carrier assigned to your order may vary depending on your location and the nature of your purchase. All carriers we work with are vetted for reliability and package handling standards.


Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Every order shipped within the United States qualifies for free shipping with no minimum order requirement and no hidden fees.

International Shipping: At this time we do not ship outside of the United States. If you attempt to place an order to an international address, shipping options will not be available at checkout.


Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@vinastores.com. We will work directly with the carrier on your behalf and make sure your situation is resolved as quickly as possible. You will not be left to figure it out on your own.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can use that information to monitor your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within your handling window please check your spam folder first, then reach out to us and we will look into it right away.
